In the meantime, energy efficiency and ecological sustainability have become issues constantly acompanying us in our day-to-day life. Be it rising energy costs, climate change or environmental damage, the presence of these issues requires a change of mind in our society. Over the past years, the willingness to do something for a sustainable environmental policy has prevailed beyond borders and political levels. We being a manufacturer of energy efficient products also feel obligated to think about possible measures in order to reduce pollution and to act accordingly.

It’s not without pride that we claim to have contributed to saving energy and hence to recuding the emission of CO² for decades already simply by applying our products. However, the question we keep asking ourselves is which additional options we as a producer have to implement further environmentally friendly measures. We’ve surely created a good basis of non-polluting production thanks to our headquarters in Germany having such strict guidelines. We’ve been adapting to these standards for years and are permanently continuing to extend these processes. Now in the year 2010, we are going to improve them by gearing ourselves towards the most recent guidelines belonging to the environment management system ISO 14001. By implementing these measures we are aspiring to obtain the ISO 14001 certification by the end of the year.

These prerequisites were the decisive factor for us to launch a global campaign in favor of the environment. We’ll be acting on the issues environmental protection and energy efficiency all year round and will contribute to the protection of our environment by taking action in form of various measures and activities. In our „green corner“ we will inform you about our marketing activities all year round. Valuable tips will help you apply our devices systematically and efficiently. Furthermore, you will find general tips and reports regarding energy efficiency and environmental protection. You may also find it helpful to make use of the house simulation, which is at your disposal for conveniently conveying to you possible energy-saving applications around your home.

We are continuously working on the optimization of our eco-friendly processes and working conditions. It’s our goal to bequeath to the coming generations a world worth living in. That’s what we’re going to fight for. That’s what we’re going to stand up for.

By our motto “We won’t turn the world all by ourselves, but we’ll make our contribution to the whole thing!“ we wish to seize this current matter and will continue to set trends for a better future.
